Tobias Raeber, Senior Adviser - London & Zurich

Tobias and his business partner successfully raised the first search fund in Switzerland/South Germany in 2013. Prior to this, he worked in management consulting for Oliver Wyman, in real-estate as well as in hospitality. In early 2015, he and his partner acquired Herchenbach Industrial Warehouses. Until his partial exit in early 2019, the business doubled both revenue and EBITDA realizing outstanding returns for investors during his tenure as CEO.

Today, Tobias is committed to building businesses in an executive or non-executive capacity, is a mentor to entrepreneurs  as well as an active investor in various areas. He has been a guest speaker at INSEAD, LBS, IESE and Judge (Cambridge) on Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and Search Funds.  Tobias was born in Switzerland, holds a MSc in Economics from Bocconi University, and a BSc from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).
